When an overall assessment at this point, equi-property zones comprehensively determine ideal urban archaeological potential. By means of re-ordering equi-property zones in Tarsus Historic City Centre can be classified into main groups such as; 1. Continuously inhabited areas 2. Not settled from Neolithic Age to Hellenistic Period, and then continuously inhabited areas 3. Not settled from Neolithic Age to Hellenistic Period, and then settled during Roman Period, later inhabited during Medieval Ages, and then again habited until now, 4. Not settled from Neolithic Age to Hellenistic Period, and then settled during Roman Period, but later inhabited until now as fringe or open spaces
